Arka­diusz Ławry­wian­iec ur. 19.01.1967 roku w Opolu. Jest absol­wen­tem Wyższej Szkoły Ped­a­gog­icznej w Opolu. Fotografią zaj­mu­je od 1986 roku, kiedy to wykon­ał włas­noręcznie pier­wszą odbitkę. W lat­ach 1994–2015 pra­cow­ał w „Dzi­en­niku Zachod­nim” jako fotore­porter. Od 2016 r. współpracu­je z Pol­ską Agencją Fotografów Forum. Studi­u­je w Insty­tu­cie Twór­czej Fotografii Uni­w­er­syte­tu Śląskiego w Opaw­ie (Czechy). Od 2009 do 2022 roku uczył w Policeal­nej Szkole Fotograficznej Fotoe­dukac­ja w Katow­icach. Od 2010 r. jest członkiem ZPAF. Od 2017 r. pełni funkcję Preze­sa Zarzą­du Związku Pol­s­kich Artys­tów Fotografików Okręg Śląs­ki, a zarazem jest członkiem Zarzą­du Głównego ZPAF. Autor i współau­tor wys­taw w Polsce i za granicą (Franc­ja, Czechy, Mace­do­nia, Niem­cy). W lat­ach 2011 i 2013 był stype­ndys­tą Marsza­ł­ka Wojew­ództ­wa Śląskiego w dziedzinie kul­tu­ry, w 2011 r. otrzy­mał Nagrodę Prezy­den­ta Mias­ta Katow­ice w dziedzinie kul­tu­ry. Jest pomysło­daw­cą cyk­lu wys­taw między­nar­o­dowych „OKO Ostra­va – Katow­ice – Opa­va” oraz cyk­lu wys­taw zbiorowych Okręgu Śląskiego ZPAF „Świado­mość kadru”. Prowadzi cykl spotkań pt. „Poroz­maw­ia­jmy o…” w Galerii Katow­ice ZPAF Okręg Śląs­ki.  Jest współau­torem reak­ty­wowanego konkur­su Śląs­ka Fotografia Pra­sowa orga­ni­zowanego przez Bib­liotekę Śląską, w którym to konkur­sie w lat­ach 2006, 2017, 2018 i 2019 był jurorem, a w lat­ach 2020, 2021 i 2022 prze­wod­niczą­cym kapituły. W lat­ach 2019 i 2020 był jurorem w Pol­skim Konkur­sie Fotografii Sportowej. Od 2021 r. jest członkiem między­nar­o­dowego kolek­ty­wu fotografów Hori­zons Col­lec­tif. W 2023 uhonorowany został Brą­zowym Medalem „Zasłużony Kul­turze Glo­ria Artis”, nadanym przez Min­is­tra Kul­tu­ry i Dziedz­ict­wa Nar­o­dowego. Zaj­mu­je się głównie repor­tażem i doku­mentem fotograficznym. Jest autorem albumów fotograficznych: Tajem­nice pra­cowni i Kiduszin Nisuin.

Arka­diusz Lawry­wian­iec was born 19.01.1967 in Opole. He is a grad­u­ate of the Ped­a­gog­i­cal Uni­ver­si­ty in Opole. He has been tak­ing pho­tog­ra­phy since 1986, when he made the first copy him­self. In the years 1994–2015 he worked in Dzi­en­nik Zachod­ni as a pho­to­jour­nal­ist. Since 2016, he has been coop­er­at­ing with the Pol­ish Agency of Pho­tog­ra­phers Forum. He stud­ies at the Insti­tute of Cre­ative Pho­tog­ra­phy of the Uni­ver­si­ty of Sile­sia in Opa­va (Czech Repub­lic). From 2009 to 2022, he taught at the Fotoe­dukac­ja Post-Sec­ondary School of Pho­tog­ra­phy in Katow­ice. He has been a mem­ber of ZPAF since 2010. Since 2017, he has been the Pres­i­dent of the Man­age­ment Board of the Asso­ci­a­tion of Pol­ish Art Pho­tog­ra­phers Sile­sian Chap­ter, and is also a mem­ber of the ZPAF Main Board. Author and co-author of exhi­bi­tions in Poland and abroad (France, Czech Repub­lic, Mace­do­nia, Ger­many). In 2011 and 2013 he was a schol­ar­ship hold­er of the Mar­shal of the Sile­sian Voivode­ship in the field of cul­ture. In 2011, he received the Award of the May­or of Katow­ice in the field of cul­ture. He is the orig­i­na­tor of the inter­na­tion­al OKO Ostra­va — Katow­ice — Opa­va cycle and a series of col­lec­tive exhi­bi­tions of the Sile­sian Chap­ter of the ZPAF “Aware­ness of the frame”. He runs a series of meet­ings titled “Let’s talk about …” in Gale­ria Katow­ice ZPAF Sile­sian Chap­ter. He is the co-author of the reac­ti­vat­ed Sile­sian Press Pho­tog­ra­phy com­pe­ti­tion orga­nized by the Sile­sian Library, in which he was a juror in 2006, 2017, 2018 and 2019, and chair­man of the jury in 2020, 2021 and 2022. In 2019 and 2020, he was a juror in the Pol­ish Sports Pho­tog­ra­phy Com­pe­ti­tion. Since 2021, he has been a mem­ber of the inter­na­tion­al col­lec­tive of pho­tog­ra­phers Hori­zons Col­lec­tif. In 2023, he was award­ed the Bronze Medal for Mer­it to Cul­ture Glo­ria Artis, award­ed by the Min­is­ter of Cul­ture and Nation­al Her­itage. He main­ly deals with reportage and pho­to­graph­ic doc­u­men­tary. He is author of the pho­to albums:
